Drehscheibe Altstetten/Grünau

A new school complex for 18 primary school classes, a library, rooms for the Zurich Conservatory Music School and two sports hall units are planned on the Utogrund site. The existing outdoor sports facilities as well as the triple sports hall will be retained and will continue to be used for championship and tournament operations, school sports as well as youth sports competitions, events and independent sports. Together with the Letzigraben open-air swimming pool, the Utogrund area forms an urban recreation area of great importance.

The project competition in the open procedure for the replacement of the Utogrund school complex has been completed.
