The new construction of the Tüffenwies school complex in Grünau is to offer space for 24 secondary school classes in day school operation. A new triple sports hall and a new spacious tree-lined open space complete the offer for the school and the neighbourhood. After the conclusion of the architectural competition in 2022, the project has been further developed in depth over the past two years.

Zurich electorate will be able to vote on the proposal for the implementation credit for the construction project in September 2024. We will be happy to provide you with detailed information about the planned construction project.

Grünau Elderly Health Centre

Grünau Elderly Health Centre is to be extensively repaired and expanded with a new building from 2029 to 2032. At the same time, the outdoor space will be upgraded to an attractive meeting place for the district. Recently, the city council applied to the municipal council for a project planning loan for the implementation of an architectural competition for this construction project. We would be happy to inform you about how the local population can get involved in the competition.
