Quartierverein Seebach

We would like to support public projects (events) that benefit the people of Seebach. Therefore we provide a budget of CHF 5000,- per year, which can be used by residents for their project ideas. Here on this page you can submit your project idea. You can apply for a maximum of 2500,- CHF for a project with us and implement a project idea max. twice in 5 years.

What is important:

• Please submit your project idea via this platform.
• The deadline is the last day of August 2023. 
• We will exam the received project ideas in September 2023, take a decision and come back to you in October 2023. 
• Your project should take place in 2024.
• The money can be paid out from January 2024.
• There is no appeal against our decision.
• Your project must take place in Seebach. 
• Your project may have additional funding or own funds, but no additional city funds.
• Please create a detailed budget that you can upload as a PDF here.
• Once the projekt is finished you have to hand in a final project report, a text for the annual report of the neighborhood association and a final account. We will send you templates for this.
• On all promotional materials you create for your project (print /online), the neighborhood association must be listed as a supporter with its logo. Your project must be politically and denominationally neutral.
• We will you with a neighborhood association contact person.
• We can claim back funding with given reasons.
