MeinQuartier.Zuerich is the neighbohood platform of the city of Zurich. It is used for networking, information and exchange with the population. The platform offers the diverse local organizations a common place to introduce themselves, to publish events, to keep a blog, to conduct surveys or to send newsletters. About this assembly
Die wichtigste Aufgabe des Quartiervereins Witikon ist die Vertretung der Quartierinteressen gegenüber Ämtern und Behörden. Im Weiteren organisiert der Quartierverein eine ganze Reihe von regelmässigen Veranstaltungen in Witikon. Auch spezielle Veranstaltungen wie das Einweihungsfest Quartierpark Berghalde werden vom Quartierverein geplant und durchgeführt.

Der Quartierverein Witikon feierte 2009 sein 80-jähriges Bestehen. Er wurde 1929, also fünf Jahre vor der Eingemeindung Witikons in die Stadt Zürich, gegründet. Der Verein war ein Gegenpol zum Witiker Gemeinderat, der sich hauptsächlich aus alteingesessenen Witikern zusammensetzte.
