ZÄMEGOLAUFE Witikon
Guided walks for everyone aged 60 and over
About this assembly
ZÄMEGOLAUFE strengthens the muscles, the mind and the brain.
At ZÄMEGOLAUFE Witikon people aged 60+ meet and go for walks together. Regular exercise in the fresh air, social contacts, good conversations while walking and stopping off afterwards – all this is good all around.
Every Monday and Thursday at 2 pm, people aged 60 and over meet in Witikon and go for a walk together in the beautiful surroundings. They make new acquaintances and stay physically active thanks to running. Courses of different lengths enable people with different physical and temporal conditions to share experiences in the local nature. A Witikerin, who runs regularly, is delighted: "I've met a lot of lovely people and at the same time I'm moving – what could be better for my health!"
At ZÄMEGOLAUFE you do not have to register or deregister and do not have to join any club. Participation is free of charge.
Information about the next courses can be found on the notices at various locations in the district, e.g. in the showcase of the GZ Witikon, and on the website: www.zämegolaufe.ch/witikon.
Welcome!
Actively join the project now: The ZÄMEGOLAUFE Witikon team is currently looking for additions. Do you enjoy working with people and are you willing to invest around two to three hours a week in a meaningful activity? Then we look forward to hearing from you!
