The platform offers the diverse local organizations a common place to introduce themselves, to publish events, to keep a blog, to conduct surveys or to send newsletters. ZÄMEGOLAUFE strengthens the muscles, the mind and the brain.
At ZÄMEGOLAUFE Witikon people aged 60+ meet and go for walks together. Regular exercise in the fresh air, social contacts, good conversations while walking and stopping off afterwards – all this is good all around.
