422: File could not be processed
This error usually occurs when you have tried to upload an incorrect file.
- Images: Try using a different image. Problems may occur if you copy the image directly from the Internet, for example.
- PDF files: Check that your PDF does not have any additional features turned on. If possible, use a printer profile when creating the file to make it as clean as possible.
If this appears during normal use of the website, please send us the affected file and report the accessed page as URL, your name abbreviation as well as the time of the error by contact form.
