Registration & Login

If you are unable to register, it could be one of the following reasons: 

• You have chosen an invalid password
  When registering, your password must comply with the following rules:
  At least 10 characters, including one uppercase letter and one special character (for example «!» or «%»). Neither your pseudonym nor your e-mail address may appear in the password.

• You have chosen an invalid password
  Your password must not contain spaces or special characters (for example «!» or «%»).

• Your passwords do not match
  When registering, you have to enter the same password twice in a row, which can sometimes go wrong. Try it again. 

• Your e-mail address is already taken
  This means that an account with this email address has already been created. If it is your own account, reset your password instead of registering again. (How do I reset
